Working Conditions Of Built-in Electric Drum:

1.The operating environment temperature is 15 ℃+ 40℃；

2.Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;

3.The temperature of the conveyed material shall not exceed 60 ℃;

4.Voltage 380V, frequency 50Hz.

The common application environments for electric drum are ordinary, corrosive, and flammable and explosive. If there are still high temperature, humid heat zones, and some special usage scenarios, but the number of electric rollers used in these scenarios is not large, they are generally only produced as non-standard electric rollers.

External electric drum is a new type of driving device that is matched with various fixed belt conveyors, bucket elevators, winches, and other equipment. Daily Maintenance Of External Electric Drum:

1.The severe jumping of the electric drum belt causes the entire steel structure to tremble, which seriously affects the normal operation of the electric drum. In severe cases, the electric drum cannot operate and has to stop the process to manually remove the ice lumps on the surface of the electric drum, which seriously affects the operation of the electric drum;

2.Uneven force distribution on the left and right sides of the electric drum belt, resulting in simple deviation;

3.Larger ice lumps can cause excessive local stress on the belt of the electric drum, leading to simple scratches on the belt;

4.In the extremely cold winter, the temperature is low, and there is a large amount of moisture during transportation, which makes it easy for ice to form on the conveyor belt. The presence of ice greatly reduces the effectiveness of the head cleaner, and the water vapor carried by the return journey will drive the electric drum to adhere and freeze, forming larger ice lumps.
