There Are Three Methods For Connecting Circular Conveyor Belts:

(1) Directly vulcanized into a circular belt;

(2) During vulcanization, leave the head intact. When using, heat and pressure the joint on site according to requirements to partially vulcanize it;

(3) Use adhesive to bond on-site. Due to the absence of mechanical joints, it runs smoothly and is suitable for material transportation in departments such as mineral processing and fertilizers.

A circular conveyor belt refers to a flat conveyor belt that, due to environmental or condition limitations, must be used after production. When a circular conveyor belt is used, it will be vulcanized (also known as hot bonded) to make it a circular conveyor belt.
