Permanent Magnet Iron Remover

Suitable for removing iron from non-magnetic materials on belt conveyors, vibrating conveyors, electromagnetic vibrating feeders, flat iron removers, and discharge chutes. Remove 0.1-35 kilograms of ferromagnetic material, with an internal permanent magnet system service life of over 10 years.

When the permanent magnet adsorbs a large amount of ferromagnetic material, it can be manually removed with a non-magnetic scraper or gloves, which is suitable for continuous work and situations with low iron content.

1.Select the correct equipment based on the requirements of impurity removal rate and the environment of the construction site;

2.When installed at the head of the belt conveyor, due to the inertia of the material, it is in a loose state when leaving the belt, which is conducive to removing ferromagnetic materials from the material;

3.When installing this equipment in the middle of the belt conveyor, the idler roller can be changed to a non-magnetic flat idler roller, which further improves the iron removal effect;

4.When the on-site environment is special and the situation is complex, special design should be carried out for the user to meet the requirements of the special situation;

5.When using multi-stage iron removal, the iron removal sharpness of the later stage should be too sharp than that of the earlier stage, otherwise a low iron removal effect will occur.
