The Function Of Comb Shaped Rollers

1.By installing comb shaped rollers at the lower part of the material conveying channel, the material can receive balanced support between the comb teeth during the conveying process, thereby achieving stable conveying of the material and preventing accumulation and jamming.

2.Prevent the conveyor belt from deviating. The comb shaped roller is usually covered with a hard rubber ring, which helps prevent the conveyor belt from deviating from the predetermined track during operation and is crucial for the effective operation of the conveyor.

4.Suitable for specific materials. In situations such as ore and coal, due to their strong driving force, they can push heavier materials.

5.Prevent tape damage. In some cases, such as adhesive tape sticking coal, comb shaped rollers can help prevent this from happening, thereby protecting the tape from damage.
